Miyako City Tokyo Takanawa

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the on-site Starbucks for a quick bite to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, with convenient transportation options and close proximity to popular attractions. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable beds were top-notch.

Central to Shinagawa Station. New hotel, ok sized bedroom. Good sized, well designed bathrooms. Drinks and snacks in reception. Excellent location for Narita Airport, within walking distance of Shinagawa station. Very clean and new, functional. Convenient printing station. Excellent open bar in the evening. Good quality breakfast and lunch. Close to Shinagawa Station, convenient for bullet train and Yamanote Line. Metro station nearby. Functional room with small sitting area. Comfy bed. Impressive bathroom size. Free tea, coffee, juice, and snacks in the lobby. New, modern hotel. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Short walk from Shinagawa train station.

The hotel was very clean and cozy, with a great location conveniently near the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had all the necessary amenities.

Great location, with three train stations within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is also conveniently located for airport transfers, with direct trains from both Narita and Haneda airports. The room was very clean and had an efficient layout. Plus, it had a king-size bed, rare in Tokyo.

The room size could have been bigger, typical for Japanese hotels. the free drinks in the hotel lobby were only available during certain hours, a bit disappointing.

Ideal location, well-equipped hotel, spacious rooms and bathrooms, great staff, aligned with Tokyo standards.

The room at Miyako City Tokyo Takanawa was fantastic - with a standard king-size bed and a beautifully designed bathroom. The glass partitions created a sense of spaciousness, and everything was impeccably clean. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. The staff, especially Mr Itani at the front desk, were friendly and courteous. I had a restful stay and would gladly return.

I really enjoyed my stay at this venue. It's conveniently near the metro station which makes it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the room was soundproofed which meant I slept very well.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.
